    We welcome architects and designers whose projects require more than catalog production doors and finishes. From contemporary styles to historic preservation, we have a deep talent pool of master craftsmen allowing us to address a diverse range of styles.  
       
   
CUSTOM ENTRANCES
  
       
    For custom entries, we believe that next to the roof line the entry is the most defining statement of a homeís exterior. Look no further than the entrances of grand estates in Tuscany, Provence or San Miguel de Allende to understand the importance we place on entrance. We particularly enjoy researching seminal works on an architectural style and creating a new design employing its traditions and modifying to the needs of your project. We can work from your design or design to your approval. For our design process, we begin with a copy of the front elevation, your requirements and a budget. We provide simple pencil sketches e-mailed or faxed to you for critique. Following your approval, one of our illustrators will make a hand colored rendering. There is a nominal fee for this service. As your projectís entrance may require such elements as hand leaded glass, hand forged hardware, carving, antique finishing or copper cladding we can provide all of these to give you a single source for a true work of art.  
       
   
FINISHES
  
       
    This is one of the crafts we offer that distinguishes our doors from others. We have a wide range of techniques available such as chemical fuming, aniline dyes, custom pigment stains, antique glazes and waxes to name a few. Whether a highly developed furniture grade finish to antique, we custom create exactly what you want by submittals until the right finish is determined. For rustic style doors, our texturing accurately mimics how wood was milled in the days before modern power tools. Accordingly, it is done with traditional hand tools such as end shaves, chisels and planes.  
       
   
INTERIOR DOORS
 
       
    If your project calls for a period style such as Tuscan or French Country, we have the resource materials to design your door. We can create your design with just a beginning sketch or photo, but please..no copy righted work. All doors have engineered stiles and rails for superior stability and all wood is SmartWood Certified. Our warranty is based on the AWI Premium schedule and our Honduran Mahogany doors carry a 5 year limited warranty.  
       
   
HAND FORGED HARDWARE
 
       
    We can custom design either a contemporary or antique reproduction in hand forged hardware. We have a number of exposed strike bar latch styles or they can be integrated with conventional tubular latches. Please see our Hand Forged Hardware Gallery.
